2. LCD Display

The LCD display is the gun's method of showing the user what is happening, in clear English text. Many other manufacturer's use LED displays, but these cannot show you as much information as an LCD and are harder to use. FragTag's LCD and software show the status of the gun very clearly so you never confused as to what the gun is doing. This is especially handy for beginners.

The LCD is a 16 character, 2 line model which includes a backlight to make it visible during night-time play. The backlight does draw some power, so should be used only at night, and on the FragTag "timer" mode so that it turns off automatically after 5 seconds of inactivity.
